One of my favorite ways to spend an afternoon is to go hiking. I pack up my day pack with camera, water, notebook and pen and grab my walking stick and my sunscreen if necessary and head out to a local park or forest preserve to hike the trails.
On these pages I would like to share my love of hiking and some of the different places I have visited in my travels. I hope you enjoy my hikes as much as I do.
