In the days of old
In the times of Yore
When a castle grand
Stood on distant shore
And the Maiden Fair
In her desperate Need
Sought the Shining Knight
On his mighty Stead.
When the dragon slain
At her feet he lay
She would pledge her love
To her dying day.
Now our Maiden Fair
Is in no need
And our Shining Knight
Can not mount a stead
But the castle stands
On a nearer shore
And the dragon serves
To prop the door.
