I love blogging - it is a great way to communicate with my visitors and friends. At the moment I have four blogs for you to choose from, each is unique and addresses different things. One addresses my life in general and what's going on in my part of the world, One is just an update to the site to sort of let you know what I've changed, what I've added and what I've taken away. The third is my health blog. I've made a committment to living a new way - to lose weight, learn a new and healthier lifestyle and to share this adventure with you. On two of them you may leave comments - but please remember I can and will delete comments that are spam or that I simply find offensive - there are place where that is acceptable but this is not one of them.
